About Us
Mission Statement- “We exist to provide help, hope and a future to the hungry, homeless and hopeless in our community through the power and love of Jesus Christ.”
Established in 1998, Idaho Falls Rescue Mission has been serving the Idaho Falls area for twenty-four years. The Mission was started by a group of Christians with the purpose and desire to share God’s love with the community.
The Mission is currently in the process of revamping and restructuring to meet the greater need of the Idaho Falls area.
Programs-
Serving Hope- Free Dinner served every night at 6PM
City of Refuge- Men's Shelter
Ruth House- Women's Shelter
Haven- Women and Children's Shelter
Navigate- Recovery Program
Getting Involved-
We rely on the support of volunteers to help us serve the men, women and children of Idaho Falls. Without your continued support and service to the Mission in our area, we wouldn’t be able to offer the service, help and love of Jesus to our guests and community. Highlights
- Our shelters provided over 11,000 safe nights of sleep in 2021
- Serving Hope served over 26,000 hot meals in 2021
- 670 hygiene kits distributed in 2021
- Helped over 200 men, women and children through clothing vouchers in 2021
- Ours program helps to find stable/safe housing, and job placements.
